Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we believe your pets should have a vacation at the beach, too! Because of extra cleaning and flea spraying we do charge an extra $50.00 non refundable pet fee. We limit the number of pets to 2. Please call 832-661-9457 to discuss.
What do I need to bring?
The beach house is completely furnished, the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you'll need for meals. The only other things you'll need are- sunscreen, food, drinks, linens (sheets and towels), and paper products (toilet paper, paper towles)
What's the weather like?
We have a saying here in Texas, it goes "If you want to know what the weathers' like in Texas, stick around it'll change". We can only say approximately what the season holds. You can also go to weather.com for a complete report.

What if there is a hurricane?
If the area falls under a mandatory evacuation or the owners feel that boarding up the property is best, you will be reimbursed for the remaining days you have paid for. The security deposit will be sent as per the lease agreement. Although we apologize if you have inclement weather during your stay, this is not a reason for reimbursement.
